CNG is hosting a one day leadership summit for unit leaders, stewards and engaged members on March 8th from 9:00am-4:00pm at CTU’s downtown offices (1901 W. Carroll on Chicago’s Near West side).

Join with unit leaders across the guild to develop your union’s fight plan so that we are ready to successfully push back and organize our members, building a stronger and more engaged union in 2025 and beyond! With workshops for every level of union and leadership experience, you will leave with tools you can use to take any issue on!

This will be our chance to put in a full day with leaders of our units and our entire local, setting goals and making plans for 2025 and beyond! Get your team together and get there! We got work to do! All of us have battles to plan for in 2025: 

• contract campaigns; 

• burning issues in our shops;

•  looming layoffs; 

• facing a new administration that is hostile to labor and the press

• … and the usual arbitrary #$%@ the boss does that needs to get fixed!
