We’re inviting all CNG Unit Leaders, regardless of experience level, to join us for an upcoming Leadership Orientation designed to support and strengthen your roles and responsibilities as CNG leaders. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned officer, these sessions will offer valuable insights and practical tools to help you build and maintain your bargaining power.
During the orientation, we’ll cover a range of topics focused on empowering you in your leadership role. From strengthening unit cohesion to
navigating challenges and advocating effectively, the session is built to be both informative and actionable.
We’re offering the same session twice to make attendance as accessible as possible:
