After 15 months of bargaining, the Guild and the company have reached a tentative agreement. Unit ratification meetings have been scheduled for the following dates:

-Gary Post-Tribune: 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 2 at T.J. Maloney’s, 800 E. 81st Ave., Merillville, Ind.

-Chicago Sun-Times: 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 2 at Holiday Inn Egewater Room 15th floor, 350 West Mart Center Drive, Chicago

-Joliet Herald-News: 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3 at Red Goose Bakery, 56 North Chicago St., Joliet

-Waukegan News-Sun: 4 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, McDonald’s, 1275 Delany Road, Gurnee

-Pioneer Press: 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, IFT, 9933 North Lawler #222, Skokie
